Pangu 7 Star Hotel Beijing, managed by Morgan Group, is building according to top star standard level.
The story height of standard guest room is 4m, floor board is 10cm thick and the floors from 1st-6th is 5m high. The building is constructed with dry-hang Muping white natural granite and composite exterior wall with super-quality heat insulation bridge aluminum alloy windows, of which the standard, material and color completely displays the nobleness and cultural connotations of 7 star hotel.
The building is 88m high, including 19 stories aboveground and 3 stories underground. The total floorage area is 48,700m2, including 37,400 m2 aboveground part and 11,300m2 underground part, with the floorage area of each story 1,945 m2. This building is construed with reinforced concrete inner core structure system with quake-proof grade of 8.
